In practice, this means that we take care of the maintenance and repair of your equipment. If something goes wrong, we will fix your equipment at no additional cost, except for shipping to and from international destinations.
Providing repair coverage for your devices is part of our commitment to a new model of production, consumption, and distribution of our products.

What are the conditions?
Hypnea products are covered for a period of five years from the date indicated on the device label, under normal usage conditions. After this period, in any case, the device will be assessed by our technicians.
What happens if the problem isn't covered?
If the damage or fault isn’t covered, you can still send your device for repair.
After diagnosis, our customer service team will provide a quote (to be approved by you before any work is carried out) for restoring the device.
