We are committed to the rapid processing of equipment returned to the workshop. Most after-sales services are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of the quotation being approved.

We have a large number of experts on the ground and at head office via our Customer Support team to provide you with expert and immediate assistance.

Our CSR approach
In 2023, CIDELEC committed itself to a CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) approach.
